NILE TO THAMES presented by WORLD-RENOWNED OPERA SINGER FARRAH EL DIBANY WITH THE LONDON CHAMBER ORCHESTRA AND FRENCH PIANIST JEFF.

E2E Events, an emerging events production company based in London,  proudly announces a riveting series of cultural fusion events set to captivate London this December. Headlining the series is the much-anticipated Mezzo-Soprano Farrah El Dibany, accompanied by the London Chamber Orchestra. This grand musical celebration, titled “Nile to Thames,” promises to showcase all time Egyptian and European classics all the way to famous Opera hits that we all love . It’s a nostalgic Journey filled with many musical surprises.

Farrah embarked on a journey from her hometown Alexandria to the prestigious Paris Opera House & to various international stages, making history, like performing at the final match of the FIFA 2022 at Lusail stadium being a firsttimer for the FIFA.

She is a multi-awarded Artist, receiving the PRIX LYRIQUE DE L’AROP from the Paris Opera and the Bayreuter Young Artist prize.

She has been awarded the rank of “Chevalier de l’Ordre des Arts et des Lettres” by the French Ministry of Culture being the youngest Egyptian.

Farrah performed several title roles of the big operatic repertoire, most importantly several productions of Carmen. Her performance was enthusiastically acclaimed by Audience and Press, as per TAGESSPIEGEL “vocally sensational, being the Peek of the evening Farrah is a voluminous Mezzo, burgundy, smoky timbre, oriental, mystic, dalidaesk.”, 

And Forum Opera: “The roundness and dark timbre of the Egyptian mezzo Farrah are remarkable and we definitely imagine her as a strong Carmen”.

Farrah starrs in several big French TV concerts, being known for singing “Dalida”  alongside Opera star Roberto Alagna, Enrico Macias, Andre Manoukian and more.  

Amidst the humanitarian crisis in Gaza, E2E Events stands resolute in pushing forward with Farrah El Dibany’s concert, dedicating a percentage of the concert’s proceeds to support the Egyptian Red Crescent to contribute to this humanitarian crisis.

This concert is poised to be a testament to the unifying power of music and cultural celebration, showcasing the beauty and depth of both European and Egyptian heritages. It is a beacon of cultural exchange and aims to foster awareness and understanding of the diverse cultures that weave the fabric of these communities.

Proceeds will go to the Egyptian Red Crescent.
