Captivating soundscapes. They’re elevating the experience with Flashbacker as they join them with mesmerising visuals.
Opening USTAVI (Bassel Hariri):
USTAVI is a classically trained Syrian violinist who is dedicated to pursuing a modern Arab violin sound. His work spans across a wide array of experimental projects on different genres (Jazz, blues, tarab, folk & electronic). His recent looping project “Circles” invites various perspectives of the refugee experience blended into a new Arab fusion genre made in the UK . USTAVI, is also the founder of “Jamarabia Live Music Sessions”, an emerging art collective in London launched in May 2023. Bassel is also a lawyer and researcher focused on diaspora research.
